Christmas holidays

Hi folks
Another year has passed and the years seem to go in quicker the older we get.

The last class of the year is on Monday 21st December, and we start back on Thursday 7th January 2010.

thank you for all your support this year and may Garry Shaw martial arts push forward in 2010 and get more medal winners for all of the competitions that lie ahead.

i wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year.

coloured belt Grading

Congratulations to everyone that went for their grading which was held in Falkirk Church hall on Saturday 5th December.

everyone passed and have shown what it means to get their next grade.
Also well done to all the Kickboxers who have shown real hard work and sweat to get their new belt. well done everyone, good result

Times for comp

The time for the competition on Sunday 1st November starts at 10.00am.
Spectators are welcome to come along but recommended to come earlier than 10.00am to get a good seat

New suits and merchandise

New training suits are in full swing and the first one should be with us at the end of the week. black and gold for the Kickboxing and white and red for Taekwon do.

Scottish champs

The Scottish Champs will be held on Sunday 1st November at Bellahouston Sports Centre, Bellahouston Drive, Glasgow G52 1HH.
you are more than welcome to come along and watch, Spectators tickets are £4.00 Juniors, £8.00 Adults. It should be a good day so come along and support our students compete for a trophy.

Black Belt awards night

the black belt awards evening willbe on Saturday 21st November and will be held in the Stirling rowing club, Riverside, Stirling. times will be confirmed.

There will be a disco and buffet and tickets are priced at £10.00.
it will be a fantastic night and one day it could be you up there collecting your Black Belt so try and get along please.
